returns
Sasha Ignatiadou partners with the UK’s leading professional fine art print lab, The Print Space, to produce and fulfill Art Print orders made through this website.
Art prints and original paintings
We are very small shop and that’s why it’s not possible to return any purchased items.
Refunds is only available on prints for the reasons of damage. Contact Sasha Ignatiadou with pictures of the problem within 5 days of receiving it.
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are your responsibility.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us by sending an e-mail to sasha.ignatiadou@gmail.com
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Sasha Ignatiadou Shop reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
Please make sure you fill in the correct address and the full name at the checkout.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages or delays incurred by dhl or any other shipping service.
Apparel
-Since we are a very small store, all returns are paid by the customer!
Therefore, please be very careful to select the correct size and correct design.
You can return your items within 14 days. The item has to be unworn/unused and should be returned including all tags/packaging and possible free gifts that came along with it. Your money will be refunded once we have received your returned item in the proper condition within 7 business days.
Please note: Sasha ignatiadou is not responsible for the shipping costs of the return, also we are not responsible for any possible hinders or possible loss of the item that may occur during the return shipment. We advise you to insure your parcel, and save the tracking number.
By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at Sasha Ignatiadou Shop, you warrant that you are at least 18
years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by

Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
Please note that local charges may occur.
Events outside Sasha Ignatiadou’s Shop control shall be considered force majeure. -
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
All orders will be shipped within 1-10 business days from the order date
Every shipping will be provided with the tracking number
European orders generally take 1-4 weeks
Orders outside Europe can take 3-5 weeks.
